This 90-minute session is centred around your personal health goals and to encourage you to strive for optimal health and wellbeing. Prompting you to change certain habits and advising you to make positive lifestyle choices that will benefit you. Actioning individual goals that will allow you to start taking control and improve your wellbeing. This includes dietary recommendations to improve overall health, exercise suggestions, emotional support, and guided solutions to your self-identified health goal.
To complete this session, it will finish with a relaxing, signature ‘Review and Revive’ facial massage, using all natural products to suit your skin type, nourish and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Looking after yourself should become part of everyday living.

By working together, I can create meal plans, discuss food choices and a personally design a fitness routine to suit your lifestyle, fitness level, and body type. I am not a qualified Nutritionist or Medical Doctor. I do not diagnose illnesses or prescribe medicine or supplements.
As a Health and Wellness Coach, I guide people to live healthier lives by helping them break bad habits. This is to help manage and reduce unwanted symptoms and issues that could be related to lifestyle factors. I use my nursing background to offer advice on nutrition, daily diet, exercise, stress, sleep, skin health, menopause, gut health, weight loss and general health.
I have full liability insurance and am an accredited ANP member.
