This 60-minute session includes:

A supportive, personalised coaching session designed to help you navigate peri-menopause and menopause with more confidence, balance, and understanding.

This 60-minute consultation offers a safe space to discuss your symptoms, wellbeing, lifestyle, and the changes you may be experiencing during peri-menopause or menopause. Getting to know the hormone hierarchy, why symptoms occur and understand what your body needs to support this personal menopause transition, as all women go on this natural journey differently and it does not have to be symptomatic. Together, we will explore practical, holistic strategies to support your physical and emotional wellbeing — including diet and nutrition, stress management, sleep, movement, mindset, and self-care.

This is a coaching-led consultation focused on empowering you with knowledge, guidance, and realistic lifestyle support tailored to your individual needs.

I am not a qualified Nutritionist or Medical Doctor. I do not diagnose illnesses or prescribe medicine or supplements.

As a Health and Wellness Coach, I guide people to live healthier lives by helping them break bad habits. This is to help manage and reduce unwanted symptoms and issues that could be related to lifestyle factors. I use my nursing background to offer advice on nutrition, daily diet, exercise, stress, sleep, skin health, menopause, gut health, weight loss and general health.

I have full liability insurance and am an accredited ANP member.
